2017 Gewürztraminer

By Teutonic Wine Company

Old Vines Gewürztraminer, Crow Valley Vineyard, Willamette Valley AVA, Oregon
Don't be intimidated by the name with the umlauts! It may be hard to pronounce (Gah-verts-traminer) it's very easy to drink. It can be made bone-dry all the way to sweet. Ours falls closer to the dry side which we call "off-dry." The aromatics have distinct notes of lychee fruit, rose petal, citrus and the finish is refreshing and long-lasting. This is another great wine that pairs nicely with hot and spicy Asian dishes. It cuts through the salt, fat and spice making the most refreshing wine to drink when your mouth is on fire. Also pairs nicely with a wide variety of cheeses. Enjoy! PLEASE NOTE WE CAN SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING: AK, CA, FL, IL, MA, MN, MO, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA, Washington, DC.
