Luscious and lean, our Chardonnay is somewhat of an ode to a neo-Burgundian approach to winemaking that relies less on oak influence to produce a cleaner, tropically turbo-charged wine. Not wanting to steer this wine too distinctly in any one style, it ended up being aged in both stainless steel and neutral French oak. The end result is a harmonious balance of allure and understated opulence. Accentuated with fresh notes of green apple, pineapple and pear, but also finely-tuned with subtle nuances of oak and vanilla, this wine will make you want to simultaneously dance in the candlelight and howl at the moon.
