OregonCatman Cellars produces wines sustainably made as true Oregon wines using regional fruit. We have won many awards for excellence in numerous wine competitions, including a number of international competitions. We specialize in producing classic European varietals, hard to find as locally made wines, which is a differentiator for us that our customers appreciate. We also maintain an active donations program using our wines to raise funds for a variety of community service organizations. We produce our wines using traditional processing and oak barrel aging practices, always with local/regional fruit that is processed fresh the day it is harvested. By gaining recognition in international as well as regional wine competitions, we are in our own modest way enhancing the recognition of Oregon's growing stature as a producer of a broad variety of internationally competitive wines.
OregonHere at RAM Cellars, it’s our pleasure and honor to bring hand crafted wines to you and yours. We seek to make small batch lots of wines that are reflective of both the season they were grown and the varietal characteristics of the grapes they contain. We do this through native yeast ferments on all wines, zero fining or filtration, minimal sulfite levels and meticulous treatment of our wines through their life-cycle in the cellar. We work with some of the under-hyped Bordeaux varietals in Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot, as well with Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Gruner Veltliner. Utilizing neutral french oak or stainless steel aging to accentuate the true varietal characterictics of the grapes, we work to develop balanced, approachable wines that exhibit good acidity and aromatics. We pick fruit earlier than many other wineries in order to ensure that our wines are acid forward and we typically produce dryer whites, rosés, and red wines that are authentic and straightforward!
OregonInfluenced by the Middle-Mosel Valley in Germany and the Alsace region in France, Teutonic Wine Company celebrates the characteristics of these wine regions here in Oregon. Only working with cool-climate growing sites, adhering to natural farming practices and minimal intervention, Teutonic wines reflect all that is natural in winemaking, from the vineyard, to the cellar, and to the bottle. Teutonic’s house style is consistent throughout its catalog of wines – crisp, bright and with balanced acidity, making them easy to pair with many dishes.
